1950 Dodge One Ton Truck

1950 Dodge one ton truck

I have had this 1950 Dodge one ton truck sitting by the fence for years. It has the deluxe five window cab. The cab seems to be in very decent shape for a truck this old. I have found that the cabs on the bigger farm trucks (one ton and up) seem to be in better shape then the smaller trucks I run across. I think this is because the farmer usually did not use these bigger vehicles for daily transportation and they usually sat in the barn until needed to haul feed or crops. This truck even appears to have had the rare armrest on the door option. The front fenders look to be usable with very little work. The door hinge mirror mounts are still there. The doors look usable with a little work. There is a flathead six that is locked up. I think that is a four speed transmission hooked to the flathead 6 (Dad had a 51 Dodge 2 ton truck that had a 5 speed with a two speed rear axle, air brakes, air horns, a visor over the outside of the windshield, and an illuminated swan on the hood).

There are a lot of good parts left on this truck so if you need parts get in contact with me. You may buy part or all of it.
